FLEXOPLAN, Plastic-Coated Metal Sheets
Flexoplan® metal sheets are galvanised steel sheets with softened PVC top layer. They are used for production of transport boxes and pallets for transportation and handling of mainly automotive parts and parts that might get damaged by scratching or otherwise mechanically damaged during transport.

- We make different thicknesses up to 8mm PVC thickness
- Very good flexibility and ductility of the PVC layer
- Very good plastic-steel adhesion
- Mechanical properties (PVC hardness) according to customer requirement
- Long life and stability of the PVC layer guarantees maintenance-free use
- Standard sheet metal thicknesses 0.55mm, 0.8 mm; 1 mm, on request
